Reimbursing ticket money will no where compensate the pain and torture you went through.
We can understand that a bus can get breakdown at any point of time. But the way, the management responds is absolutely rude. The harassing behavior cannot be tolerated at all. Not responding to calls. Not responding to mails.
Same situation happened for us. But you guys were lucky enough, that you had group of passengers. I was alone and not even the bus came to pick me up. The worst pathetic travel service on this planet. I don't know how come Redbus, Paytm and other ticketing partners are supporting this travel agency. Profit is no the only thing that should keep you going. Even people trust matters. I am definitely going to take my case by filing a complaint at consumer court. Will see, how ShamaSardar handles it this time.
