I was ordered one head phone(Sony Mh-Ex300ap Stereo Headset Mh Ex300ap Mh Ex 300 Ap) ag.order no.10583 on 08/03/2015. I have paid Rs.182/- th.debit card. After it I received a mail on 11/03/2015 that the product is dispatched from Dotzot courier tracking ID[protected]. I tried to track this no. but it was wrong id. I took help from customer care of Dotzot but they mailed me that this id is not belongs to them kindly contact your shipper. I am trying to contact him via mail and on contact no. but all failed.
So now you are requested to resolve the problem.
