I have been contacting since April 2020 for reimbursement issue. My father was operated for cataract on 13th march 2020. I am not able to reimburse from my company due incomplete details.. I have dropped a mail to TPA team on 4th Sep 2020 but still there ja no revert.
Request you check and intervene on the same.
