Fresh Card not issued even after 2 months of expiry

Dear Sir,
This letter of mine may not be the only one you perhaps get from many of customers/consumers but it surely will make you aware about the atrocities being committed by SBI's inter departmental staff.

Wrong Billing and harassment

Dear Sir,

I was using SBI Credit Card for 2-3 years between[protected]. I used to make all the due payments on due date without fail. However, in one of the months, I did not receive any bill from them and accordingly I did not make any payment. On 24.12.07 at about 9pm I went to an ATM Counter of SBI to withdrawn cash for Rs.2500/-. After entering all require information the transaction processing was complete but payment was not made due to hang of server. From last two months I am repeatedly requesting for a cheque book but till date I have not received it on different plea due to which I am suffering very badly please resolve the complaint at the earliest...

Cash payment not reflecting in the statement

My SBI Credit Card No.[protected]


I made a cash payment of Rs.9350- (INR Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifty only) on 27-Dec-2007 at the GE Money, Ravipuram, Kochi office towards my above credit card.


I received receipt for Rs.9350- (Receipt No.10287152, book no.205744) dated 27-Dec-2007.


However, my credit card statement is showing a credit of ONLY RS.1350- as on...

Threating calls and harassment

I made some purchases on my SBI credit card. I wanted to make the full amount. But when the SBI tele caller called me in the same week requesting to convert the full amount into flexi pay, I agree to it. But even after waiting for three months and several calls to their call center I did not get the bills. IRRELEVANT DEBITS

Without doing any transcations, frequent debits are observed in my account. Complaints made are not responded. Even requested for closure of card but noT responded. Attempting to rectify the debits for past two months but unsuccessful. Received statement again for December dt:[protected] where unauthorised debits are noticed. Having an SBI credit card is only foolishness. I suggest everyone Better not to respond to their marketing technics...

THIS CARD SHOULD BE BEST AVOIDED,SINCE IT IS THE WORST WITH REGARD TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ,WHERE EVEN THE AVP IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE DECISIONS. While i was withdrawing money from a btm layout ATM power went and 400 Rs was deducted from my account and i could not get any cash .

LOSS OF LOAN DOCUMENTS

My SBI education loan documents were missed ,when they were coming from my home state rajasthan to bhubaneswar through speed post (speed post no.-SPEE[protected]N). They were sent by SBI,bahror,rajasthan to RACPC,SBI,bhubaneswar .But after one month of its dispatch i cold not get it and when i searched in head office of postoffice,bhubaneswar,i found only wrepper of my letter,it did not contain any documents.
so i want to complain it...

excess billing debited

i have a card where in there is a debit for royal sundaram insurance without my confirmation. again on my request the same debit was cancelled and credit was provided.
however, during thisdebit my credit limit was exceeded because of excess debit made by the bank itself, which is not my fault atall.
