With reference to telecon with our executive regarding the inconvenience you have faced while availing our service through offline mode.

We have registered your complaint with ID: 06092021 regarding sample processed for wrong profile and corrective action will be taken as per company policy to avoid the same in future.
As verified, your booking and sample collection was done through offline mode from our Local service provider- Urolife Polyclinic Diagnostic for 2 beneficiaries as mentioned below, they route their samples through our service provider & their samples are only processed at Thyrocare based on data entry provided by them.
As per telecon with you, you had requested to process the sample for Aarogyam 1.2 profile to the Local service provider but we have received data entry for above mentioned tests and hence the sample has been processed accordingly.
Also we would like to inform you that, Aarogyam 1.2 profile does not includes Vitamin and Testosterone tests.
