This is meenakshi i’m writing here to raise an important concern regarding the today’s response and invoice from your support.
I booked the service for the washing machine installation, actually it was for the dishwasher installation but since there was no option available in the list so your support suggested me to book the service and clear with the profession.
Before getting the invoice i spoke to your support again and he confirms that he will send the invoice for the dishwasher installation (If it was not possible then he should not misguided me).
When i got the invoice of washing machine installation i called your support around 4-5 times every time they kept saying they will revert me back within 5 mins but i did not received the call.
When i again i raised the complaint i got call from your support today at 4 pm, he was extremely rude and kept on saying “ i did not promise you about such invoice then what can i do “.
I need to claim the installation amount to amazon, so kindly look into this and fix this problem asap (Email invoice can also be released)
Second, i have attached the invoice in this email i request you to please check and calculate this invoice is really horrible, there is huge difference in the total amount. Even 5th grade student also won’t do such calculation mistake.
I may take a legal advice or take the help of social media only if my problem don’t get solve.
