Dear Sir,
This letter is to complain about a WD external Hard drive that I purchased on-line through flip kart in the year 2019, at Hyderabad. Since the day i purchased this product i have been facing detection problem and iam sure i have received manufacturing faulty hard drive, because of pandemic i didn't see any service centers operative.
I paid money through my debit card on-line in Flip kart and my external hard drive is still under warranty.
Iam writing this because one of your technical team executive has intimated over the call that i will be receiving refurbished external hard drive in replacement. Why will i be receiving a refurbished model when i paid for new external hard drive and without any or much usage with manufacturing defect returning back to WD support?, Below are my WD drive details:
