I have 70 mbps plan where half of the day there is packet loss of 10-15%
Although at night the packet loss issue reduces the speed drops to below 10 mbps
Contacted the local dealer, he did not help and asked to contact the company. When called the company customer care, they have no idea what they are talking about. WishNet needs to understand that always saying "we are working on it" will not make me(or us) happy.
I have sent few emails as well with the detailed description of issue along with screenshot. No action taken. Was this information helpful? |
