Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the bus service provided by your company. Yesterday, I booked a ticket in AbhiBus from Vizianagaram to Hyderabad for my Brother, Unfortunately, they charged Extra money for the luggage and the they behaved rudely with my Brother and charged Money.

Attached all required documents and screenshot for Further reference.

Kindly requesting you to look into this issue and kindly respond ASAP.

    Dropped at wrong location at 4am

    Booked a bus from abhibus.com and chose the dropping point as isbt Chandigarh. The bus was already shallow and the charging points were not working when they had mentioned on the app that there will be charging points available. Then at 4am in the night, the conductor asked me to get down at Zirakpur highway in the middle of nowhere and this place was 14kilometers away from where I was dropped at.     Collected extra amount and wrong bus allocated

    Booked ticket for v kaveri travels scania Volvo multi axle bus from kavali to Hyderabad through abhibus portal on 14th feb'24.     Horrible service orange travels-abhi on Feb 16 2024

    Traveled in Bus Type: 2 + 1 (42) PLATINUM SCANIA MULTI AXLE SLEEPER, AC, LED- AC from Hyd to Blr. a) This is bus is not for tall people (6ft or above). b) I thought I was lucky to get a double seat to sleep diagonally, as copassanger seat was empty and the bus assistant comes and says somebody will board after anathapur.     Abhibus not cancelling ticket

    Unable to cancel ticket as unable to travel

    Address:Kothapet Hyderabad

    Abhi bus informed they cannot cancel ti cket as per their policy . This is like cheating a customer and hiding things and cannot provide refund even cancelling before 2 days of travel.If a customer is unable to travel then they should be able to cancel any ticket.

    Abhibus Cheating

    Abhibus Cheating by cancelling the Tickets at Last minute and selling the same Ticket at Double prices.

    This cheating happend several times to several passengers

    Government, Incometax Dept. GST dept and other departments need to take stringent action for these type cheatings.

    After this cheating, Abhibus not paying the GST and insurance amount also for cancelled tickets.

    Already i raised one complaint but still not getting any info. Do not knw what is purpose of this forum.

    I learned and suggesting my friends - not to go this and book any more. Hope some one will get benefit....

    Not considering customers queries

    My name is Bala and booked ticket on Monday 13th Nov from Bangalore to Salem.
    Pickup point : 02:15 PM
    but got call at 12:50Pm and asked me to come to pickup point at 1:05PM and bus going to start at 1:15PM.
    Very difficult for senior citizens to go to pick up point within 15 mins without informing prior.
    On the same day morning i confirmed to helpdesk about bus timings; but they did not ifnorm anything about cancellation...

    Not considering customers queries/time.

    I booked travel for my parents and pickup time was 02:15 PM but suddenly i got call at 12:50PM and asked me to come to pickup point at 1:10PM.

    Within 10-15 mins my parents (senior citizens) cannot go to pickup points bu driver not infoemd why bus got cancelled and arranged earlier bus quickly.

    Customer support call is not working and finally i opted another way of transportation for my parents and did not travel.br...

    This is ridiculous and i booked for my parents (senior citizens) and difficult to reach in 10 mins of time from home to pickup point.

    When I asked Driver - he don't knw anything and asked to call helpdesk which is useless and not picked call.

    I asked for refund but they denied....

    Bus berth seat is not good, damage

    I booked online bus ticket through abhibus with Ciry travels. Air condition is damaged, so too much cool in that seat. Whole night too much noisy and not able to sleep due to too much chilled air blowing. I informed to Abhibus customer support, but no action and I asked bus drivers, they also not take any action, talked rudely. They asked me to book new ticket, if want to change seat. Really I felt very bad condition.

    Hi . i have booked a bus from Pooja Travels through Abhibus and booking id Av[protected] from Afzalgunj(hyderabad) to Nagpur on 26/08/2023 and ti bus no MH450AT6868 and I Obtained my Boarding point from Afzalgunj which was available stop in abhibus website... In the Evening i called bus driver to asked him where should come in afzalgunj he told me dat bus is not coming to Azalgunj n i asked him why he told dat due some traffic problems......

    Bus was later for more than 2 hrs

    We were supposed to board the bus at 9:40p.m at sarjapur signal . We waited till 12 :00 a.m and were in constant touch with bus operator as well as abhi bus regarding the situation. Neither of them responded properly and AbhiBus gave us free advice to choose alternate means on a Friday night where most of the buses were full and already left the arrival point. We were stranded in the middle of the night with no option but to cancel our journey...
