I had purchased an item from adidas against which i had received a wrong product. I have reported the same to adidas via mail and have asked to initiate the return process both from their end and from the adidas website.
I had sent the initial mail to initiate the return process on 10 Nov, 2023, 11:47 AM.
I had dropped a reminder mail on Nov 15, 2023, 4:43 PM. to [protected]@onlineshop.adidas.co.in
I have also called the customer service of adidas[protected] numerous times and have been assured each time that the reverse pick up will be done in 3 days.
I'm deeply disappointed with the repeated assurances and lack of action on my return request. Despite numerous promises of a three-day reverse pick-up, no progress has been made. I cannot continue to invest time in multiple calls and emails for a simple matter. I demand immediate attention and a swift resolution to this issue.
