My number is [protected] and iam a postpaid customer of airte under 399 planl. I always pay bill on time without a single month delay airtel has a track of my payment. Today i. E on[protected] i got a bill of 1379.44 rupees, i was shocked to see that amount because my usage was under the plan 399. When i checked the detail bill it shows the data usage of 550 rupees.

Now i ask airtel people why u bring new concepts like "airtel...

My number is [protected] and today surprisingly i got a bill amount of 1360/- when i checked the detail bill it shows gamepind and videopind usage of 270 rupees. Now i ask you airtel guys what the hell is this gamepind and videopind... And who told you to activate the service... I want you to reverse my hard earned money and stop the service immediately...

I have problem while upgrading my 3g sim to 4g sim. I have completed all the procedure as instructed by the customer care. After that i received a message where i had to reply 1 as I did and then in return i got did message.
Wrong HLR GOLD SIM, Please try again with Correct HLR sim number.

I have been using the airtel sim for the last so many years but presently it seems that it is better to port to some other network. As i was not able to make video calls from this network and regarding the same i had called to customer care also when i called in the morning the gentleman from customer care had given me a complain no. I. E, [protected]. As the complain was not resolved to enquire the same i had called...

I am very disappointed for airtel customer man they are really disgusting...
Few days ago i took new 4g prepaid sim after few days it shows... Insert the sim... I approached to local airtel express shop to replace the sim... They said i must take postpaid sim... I insist i dont need postpaid... But they replied ok... Server is working come after few days... Whats the helll... Airtel is doing... These new 4g prepaid sim is worst......

I migrated to all 3 to postpaid.. Since the day i did this mistake i started having network problem though at the same address i m using one more prepaid and one roaming.
I lodged a formal complain with ref number 79803908 on 26th after that i kept getting calls only to check whether the issue is resolved or not. No physical visit was made as promised at the time of lodging...

My mobile no:[protected] sir, I recently bought a Internet access with 399rs..but I can't access the Internet at all.I think 2g sim is better than 4g sim.so plzz... check my Internet access and can't even browse at all...so plzz kindly check and provide it...plzz......

I am a subscriber of post paid airtel number [protected] for many years.

This sim card is issued at mumbai. However, i have moved to thiruvananthapuram and using it on 'roaming basis' since may 2017.

It is unfortunate that i have lost my samsung handset containing airtel number [protected] and unable to find it even after all the efforts.

I was working at gates india pvt ltd at punjab & my corporate mobile no. From airtel was [protected]. After i left the job & shifted to new location at madurai, i wanted to port the no from corporate to my name & also from punjab circle to madurai circle. My previous employer has provided the noc on airtel prescribed format. Twice i applied to a local airtel outlet at madurai, but funny excuses are given to me. 3 times person from company...

On 27th september I recharged my mobile for prepaid 145 Rs plan...amount got deducted, but not reflecting/crediting to my mobile no...but i got SMS that recharged for 145.0...

I am using a prepaid number of airtel and recharged it with rs.445 which offer me to use 1 gb data daily but i am not availing that.
I have filed complaint regarding this with airtel but they haven't resolve that.

According to them i-phone 5 is not a 4g compatible handset while i am using this hamdset from last 2 years and using all 4g services as it is compatible.

My mobile number is [protected] and i recharged 399 on august 12th but after some days 1gb per day offer not working in my phone money deducted when i browse data. Please resolve this issue. Airtel promised to give 1gbdata per day for 84 days. For more than 15days iam unable to use data. When i contact customer care they said to reset my 4g settings and restart the phone. Rubbish eye washing service from airtel feeling so irritated with there irrelevant ads for fooling customers i claimed airtel airtel secure on 11th of september and they are informing that my phone can't be addressed because it was slip from hand i was with my 2 kids who are grade 1&4 whole bringing them from school it slipped which is accidental this is not first time always i had issue with airtel service they are cheater...

[protected] (Karnataka region) is my airtel mobile number. I have been getting offers that if i charge with 399 i will get data plus free talktime for 84 days. I had been getting this message for months now. I even got a message yesterday and i recharged my number today but when i recharged my number i got it for just 70 days. I am attaching the screenshot of the message. Please look into this asap....

If someone wants to experience worst customer service he should call the airtel customer care executives. They talk as if they are bill gates, ego attitude etc etc always in a hurry of disconnecting the calls. No empathy no sympathy just wrapping the calls. No gesture of gratitude. Going to launch a complaint in consumer court. This is not why we are connected with airtel, we are not connected to disrespect ourselves by your foolish executives....

I have my cell no [protected] on dated[protected] but till date my cell no not activate for airtel company side, i have so many problems facing calling out going incoming, bank otp, aadhar otp, bank massages etc. i request to u please help me this issue.

I had been using the airtel prepaid sim from past few years. Since i had to move to another country i had discontinued to use the sim since 8 months. Now that i am back to the country, my sim has been deactivated.

Request you to kindly re activate the sim since it was not possible when i requested my nearby store.

I lost my mobile with airtel no [protected] on 26 sept at around 5.30 pm and immediately blocked the sim by calling the customer care no.
I went to the airtel store in janakpuri and got a duplicate sim which executive parameters informed would be activated after 24 hrs.
Next day when the same didn't happen i called 121 to be informed that due to technical problem i have to get a new sim. On 29th i got the new aim at around 11.30...
