People cannot reach my number and i don't know what is happening, i have checked that the calls are not diverted but the caller says my calls are diverted. When i register why is 0 added along with +91, in some places it rewrites as +[protected].
I am not comfortable the bank page that opened in airtel sit was very sneaky, though i entered all information i didn't find it safe.
Kindly do the needful and correct if anything...

I am using airtel phone service. From last one month (June17) i am getting annoying sms alerts from airtel (At-airinf, airsep, ad-airsep) for forcefully activated services like celebrity wellness mall service, lifestyle celeb, comedy munch, sports video, hot spot, silk, tinytv, midnight masala, etc.

I took airtel secure insurance of my handset motorola moto z play against for which a claim was raised on 30/06/2017. My device claim - service request number is 2112204. The insurance company passed the service centre claim of rs 8590 on 19th of july 2017. I also made the payment of excess amount of rs 426 on 20/07/2017 itself. I called customer care, they said that offer is not applicable to my number and they will raise the offer request and it will be activated i a week but even after a month also it's not activated
I called again after a month they tell the same thing that offer is not applicable to my number.
When everyone has got 399 offer i am not getting the same instead it's showing 799 offer in my airtel app.
I have 4 airtel numbers...

I had recharged for my wife with airtel no [protected] using airtel app with order id 99506083 for rs 349 plan which was showing as unlimited local + std + 1gb daily for 28 days.
After recharge successfull my wife has enabled internet to her surprise with in an hour complete 349 is vanished.

They had recharged amount but not the pack they had promised in the airtel app.

I also use airtel my app for best offers or recharges.. I check offer for my number [protected]. I see many offers i select 1198 pack for 70days unlimited local/std calls or daily 2.5gb. And i recharge my number for 1198 on jul 19th 2017.

My father became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person pretended to be a bank person made following two fraudulent transactions with my fathers debit card details.
