My customer id-[protected]on 8th july my old setup box replaiced by new one once again my setup box not working. I hv lodge the complianref no.63535953 but service center is not ready to replce with new one and every time they demand engineer charge without solving the matter. Old box or adopter or local made rectified box replced in the name of new one. Service center incharge has adopted the process of cheating the customer. Kindly solve...

Can airtel help me to locate the above cheat mobile numbers. I wrote a compliant to irtct just now referring my mobile no [protected]. Within second i got a cheat asking in poor hindi not even knowing english some details and ask for my atm card no just now another guy called. How i know the genuine persons and why these frauds are exploiting e cards and debit cards at the expense of irtct.. What the hell they want my atm card no. Just now...

I had applied for a new broadband connection with airtel through online portal on 21-july-2017 from the area virugambakkam, chennai - 600092. My order id (Crf) is : tnpg078744. I had provided my details online for the new connection and i was contacted by a csr on the same day regarding my interest in airtel 's broadband plans and connection....

As my initial balance was well enough to make calls throughout the month. Then also they asked me to take up the talktime loan. Which i hurriedly took up but later realised i was not needing loan. Now that they had deducted their charges and taxes etc. And now not refunding the money. And also refusing their mistake to ask for loan when not in need. So kindly take action and seek through the matter for their immature behaviour....

I using this airtel network from 2010. Radomly 7 years used. Now i am not satify from the network. Because of your worst customer service and your not fullfill our customer satisfaction. Wrong offer messages. I got message from aitel regarding for 348rs its show unlimited local call +std airtel to aitel. Local calls. It means ulimited local call for all network. I reside in gurgaon.
Airtel broad band service providers have cheated me twice.
Both times xheque and documents were collected, but no connection was provided, this happened in june and july.

The second time the agent was asking for debit/credit card details on phone, it is very suspicious.
Strict action should be taken against air tel...

Sir i used to visit your sore at sakshi jamshedpur for converting my plan from post paid to prepaid. Every time they get a lot excuse for fulfilling my request to do so. Despite my statement that i am old person please help they always started having discussion with a lot "if" and "but". Airtel dongle [protected] was closed on jan'2017 by airtel customer care for poor network issues, but even after closing the connection, ebills getting auto generated, why?

From last 2015, the starting day of shifting to my new residence, there was always airtel dongle network issues in 3g internet speed. I was facing lots of problem about network and data speed issues, the downloading speed was at times too slow under 10kbps...

I have done my port from vodafone to airtel on 15th july'17. Since then i am unable to receive any incoming calls and send / receive any sms. But i am getting network coverage on my sim and i can make outgoing calls. Due to this i am unable to receive my client calls and cannot do my banking services where my mobile number is registered and this is impacting my work / business and causing financial loss.

My company had sent me to london - uk for office work for an year, during which i had not used my airtel number - 7259$#@. I was using a local sim card as that was quite cheaper. My airtel number was having network as i used to use a dual sim mobile phone. When i came back to india i have find that my number has got disconnected. I visited the neatest airtel store to find out that my number had been disconnected as i had not used it for more...

I recharged my airtel number with the 399 pack on the 23rd of July but all I could use was 1GB for two days instead of 1GB/day for 84 days and unlimited calls. Is this a fraud Offer or does it really work? Rs 399 is a great deal of money for a lot of people including me and I hope you will live up to your name. I am very disappointed and disheartened by this.
Please do something about it or refund my money.

As per the complaint no77804353 regd 4G network issue I am still facing the same issue as clarified before.
I am not being satisfied with such service being provided and to inform u abt this issue all the time.
I hope this wld be the last time I wld be complaining u for this issue
