Issues with internet connectivity

I bought a new 4G handset and I changed my Airtel SIM card to a 4G SIM on 18-Apr-2017. I recharge with 399 data pack. I was able to do net surfing till 23-Apr-2017 but from 24th onwards I am not able to connect internet. When ever I'm trying to connect internet some network issue is showing and it's asking me to check mobile network connectivity. Please help me....

I have been using Airtel no: [protected] since 2005. I have shifted to my own flat in Viman Nagar area, Visakhapatnam in 2014. Since that time I have been facing network coverage issues, Call drop problem, disconnection of call issues continously. I have been raising complaints since last 2 years.

But to my surprise Airtel technical team is closing the complaints with out resolving the issues...

Prepaid sim not activated causing problems

I have already given 2 complaints at airtel site but no response from any person at airtel other than same robot message saying we will contact within 2 hours.

I had a postpaid number [protected] which i want to convert to prepaid. So i submitted my documents at airtel centre 10 days ago. Now my postpaid has become deactive. But the problem is that the new prepaid sim is also not active. I have not received even a single message...

It was informed to that it will be activated by 4 to 5 hrs. But it did not happen. I tried calling them multiple times in their landline no. For my bad luck no responsible person in the store attended my call.

Network problem

Fed up of the airtel customer service and tactics of cheating their customers (Scam)

I have charged my phone with net banking on April 18 for INR 200. The amount never reflected on balance. I filed a complaint and they gave me a complaint number PR[protected] but so far it is not addressed.

Whats wrong with Airtel? Why are they messed up? Why they are cheating and...
