My name is bharadwaja reddy pittu my airtel number [protected]. I am facing sms problem from the past month..first they De-Activated my account without giving any intimation after one month i reactivated my mobile number and i can't able to receive or send any messages..every time i call they are saying two more days but not resolving my problem. it's been more than two weeks they still not solving my problem..they said they will call back...

Issue : Extreme Low Speed 2.4 Mbps for 4G Hot Spot
Escalation : Nodal officer, Mail Sent 5 times
Current status : After 3 weeks, Yesterday 2.4 Mbps speed increased to 12 Mbps, but it should be more than 21 Mbps minimum. Airtel Advertises that they are Fastest 4G provider.

Dear sir, i m using sirf postpaid no [protected](up west) they are unable to resolve my outgoing sms service in 20 days. On few of port /upc no they're refusing on mail now how a person can send Port sms once u don't have outgoing sms facility?

I have received the bill of Rs 1125 on the above no. The relationship number of is [protected].

After analysis i found that the bill is high due to the extra internet usage of 160 MB, charging approx Rs 500.

During the conversion of this number to this scheme, i have been told that no need to worry. Once you quota of internet got finished, it will automatically shifts to 2G which...

I received a call from Airtel agent from number[protected] and was told about plan of 499. I opted for plan paid rs 100 for sim card on 1st of Jan 2017.

Now when today 09/01/2017 I visited Airtel store, they said even the order number is not generated so porting cannot happen.

I contacted the agent then and she then told me that was activation charge and cannot be reversed.

Hi, I am using [protected] as post paid number, but because of some issue I want to convert this number in prepaid and wanted to be a customer of Airtel.
For that I had visited Airtel store Patlipitra( Patna) and had cleared all dues amount and submitted all required documents for that.
Store manager have already issued prrpaid sim card to me, but till date my postpaid number has not closed.

While laying the cable for broadbad, Airtel guys damaged the cabling at home.

There was existing cable which was taking internet from the main point to another room. This line has been permanently damaged and the technicians told me that this cannot be repaired by them unless the walls are broken.

Now no cable can reach my room and this cannot be repaired without breaking the walls.

I received an Offer from Airtel Prepaid, Recharge 147Rs get an 6GB 4G/3G data free for 28days. I had recharged 147rs, but i got only 350MB data So i called an Customer Support and asked the details, but they are not gave an proper information also they are not provide an data which they mentioned(6GB) also not refund my Money. Hi team,

I want to bring to your attention an online fraud that has been done by airtel and its representative. I applied for airtel broadband connection online and received a call from airtel representative to send him my photo and photo id proof via watsapp.

I send him the document and he gave me a CAF number to make online payment of 1000 rs toward new connection. Now that representative is not picking up...

I am getting calls from Airtel number +[protected] & it immediately gets disconnected when I answer the call. When I tried to call back on that number, there is a computerize Interactive voice response which asks to wait as all their agents are busy and after 2-3 mins the call gets disconnected again. I have received 10 calls in last 2 hours. I have blocked the number but this is not a solution to such harassment.

My father has an airtel sim (Mob No:[protected] from Bihar & Jharkhand circle.
Recently when he came to visit me in Bangalore, his sim stopped working.

We took it to the Airtel Customer Centre in BTM, Bangalore and got it replaced on December 17th, 2016. It has been over 3 weeks now and we have complained multiple times but the sim is still not active.

Very worst data plans they had. When I recharged for 6 GB data and used only 2.5 GB/ month and I recharged again in the last day of the month plan for 300 MB for mobile data. The balance of 4.5 GB was gone and they are charging me from the main balance also. They had some Data plans like A and B. They have checked my PIN code online and they said the connection is available at my place and therefore I was interested in taking a new connection and they have sent the agent to collect money.
