Money taken for MNP but did not port my number

I received a call from Airtel agent from number[protected] and was told about plan of 499. I opted for plan paid rs 100 for sim card on 1st of Jan 2017.

Now when today 09/01/2017 I visited Airtel store, they said even the order number is not generated so porting cannot happen.

I contacted the agent then and she then told me that was activation charge and cannot be reversed.

Airtel technicians damaged the existing homewiring.

While laying the cable for broadbad, Airtel guys damaged the cabling at home.

There was existing cable which was taking internet from the main point to another room. This line has been permanently damaged and the technicians told me that this cannot be repaired by them unless the walls are broken.

Now no cable can reach my room and this cannot be repaired without breaking the walls.

Worst experience...

I send him the document and he gave me a CAF number to make online payment of 1000 rs toward new connection. Now that representative is not picking up...

Blank Calls from Airtel

I am getting calls from Airtel number +[protected] & it immediately gets disconnected when I answer the call. When I tried to call back on that number, there is a computerize Interactive voice response which asks to wait as all their agents are busy and after 2-3 mins the call gets disconnected again. I have received 10 calls in last 2 hours. I have blocked the number but this is not a solution to such harassment.

My father has an airtel sim (Mob No:[protected] from Bihar & Jharkhand circle.
Recently when he came to visit me in Bangalore, his sim stopped working.

We took it to the Airtel Customer Centre in BTM, Bangalore and got it replaced on December 17th, 2016. It has been over 3 weeks now and we have complained multiple times but the sim is still not active.

This is pathetic service from airtel....

Very worst data plans they had. When I recharged for 6 GB data and used only 2.5 GB/ month and I recharged again in the last day of the month plan for 300 MB for mobile data. I have received a call from Airtel customer support regarding the new broadband plans and the Landline connection along with it. They have checked my PIN code online and they said the connection is available at my place and therefore I was interested in taking a new connection and they have sent the agent to collect money.
