I am an airtel customer. On 18/12/2016 I surfed the internet using my internet balance. Suddenly I was notified that my remaining main account balance a sum of 48 rupees had been deducted. But my internet balance was still remaining. We all know that main account balance is deducted only when there is no internet balance left and one still goes on to use the internet. At the last when I did not get help from anywhere I am writing about my concern.

So from last one quarter or so I am facing some financial difficulties and I just did not want to end my relationship with Airtel on a bad note so I chose to contact you guys and inform about my situation asking what best can be done as help from Airtel's end.

Hi, I requested for a broad band connection and handed over the documents and Rs.1050/- as activation fee Sep 15th 2016. Attached the receipt. I was given with an Airtel A/c no : [protected].
There was no response from Airtel side thereafter. After 15 days, i followed with Aiter customer care continuously.
Later Airtel team confirmed that connection was not feasible in my area, and promised amount Rs.1050/- will be refunded...
