I have used airtel sim card for a year. It can use properly for 2/3/4g but yesterday i came back to india and found sim card can't be used and "no service" show on the top of my device. I tried to restart my phone, change network to 2g, remove and insert sim card, top-up 300 rupee more. Until now i still can't use it. Please check something. My number is [protected]....

I had lodged a complaint with airtel for non data connectivity in my office complex despite the network showing me 3G connectivity. despite numerous calls and same callous advices by customer care executives almost on a daily basis the complaint has not been resolved. So much so that that I realise that the customer care executive is daily speaking to me not to resolve my problem but to make an entry in his daily log book.

I received a message from you that since my unused data is getting over, I should recharge my data to get my unused data back before it gets expired. I have done the same. However, I didn't receive any extension of my unused data. This is extremely unfortunate of Airtel to first send misleading messages to their customers to recharge immediately to extend our unused data and then find reasons not to give it to...

Porting services to be done by Airtel is still not cleared, Its almost more than 2 weeks, Request yourself to look into the same.

Even though we have contacted Mr Dhiraj Sharma and Romit Saini for the above case, but there is till date no response received for the above said case

Still if anybody is there in this, please help out.

Today i called on the Airtel customer care number(+91 [protected]) from my Vodafone number as i have lost my airtel sim. i was completely disappointed by her rude behavior, she was just screaming very loudly and she didn't even try to listen to me.i had to remind her 2-3 times that at least listen to me what i am saying.she was interrupting me again and again that was seriously ridiculous....

I am using Airtel prepaid mobile for more than 10 years at Tamilnadu. I recently moved to Bangalore and so I want to change my mobile telecom circle to here. For this, I have to visit an Airtel express store nearby. I work at Bellandur Ecoworld and the Airtel Express store is 2.5Kms from here. To change my SIM telecom circle, I visited the store 6 times and everytime I visit, they say MNP SIM card is not available, so come back later after...

Need halp as fasing fake comitment aform last one years aginst the no [protected] and now they have disconnected the outgoing going of the phone so need rembursment and NOC which I have already paid to them aginst the bill which is approx 1.5 lc INR. and they just blocked the services only aginst INR 750.
Will so you mail and complain no which is registered and closed by airtel without solution....

I got 15 gb data in offer as i brought a new 4g phone. But since then the data is not getting used up. I call customer care several times but they advised me to clean golden part of sim, configure settings, apn, network coverage and even replace sim. Before that, i was able to use 4g data in my same phone in same area.

I think airtel has pranked me by giving 15gb data offer when i am unable to use it.

I had 500 mb data balance. A sms came to recharge to carry forward data. No term condition mentioned in sms neither in app. I recharged with small valid amount displayed in app and now i see full data pack is gone and nothing is carried over!! Customer care executive says you have to call customer care before yoy recharge. This is ridiculous and cheating to customer. No information is displayed anywhere while recharging. Airtel sales people provided wrong and incomplete information regarding the plan on offer for porting the contact number [protected]. Filed the complaint online and recieved text from provider that i will get call back in next two hours which didn't happen and latter got msg that has been resolved without any call back and resolution. Really unhappy and customer service was not able to resolve....

Hi,
I have ported [protected] from hyderabad to delhi area into postpaid around april 2016. Later i shifted to prepaid. I used to do recharge online using airtel website. But for this number i am not able to do transaction online. Moreover through multiple attempts failed 500 rs has to returned. Which hasnt happened yet. I tried using paytm also. It failed.
