I had lodged a complaint with airtel for non data connectivity in my office complex despite the network showing me 3G connectivity. despite numerous calls and same callous advices by customer care executives almost on a daily basis the complaint has not been resolved. So much so that that I realise that the customer care executive is daily speaking to me not to resolve my problem but to make an entry in his daily log book.

My 15 gb data is not getting used

I got 15 gb data in offer as i brought a new 4g phone. But since then the data is not getting used up. I call customer care several times but they advised me to clean golden part of sim, configure settings, apn, network coverage and even replace sim. Before that, i was able to use 4g data in my same phone in same area.

I think airtel has pranked me by giving 15gb data offer when i am unable to use it.

Cannot recharge my number online

Hi,
I have ported [protected] from hyderabad to delhi area into postpaid around april 2016. Later i shifted to prepaid. I used to do recharge online using airtel website.
