Airtel should not compulsorily save Card details of customers and then put the onus on customers to go thru their site and delete the same. The Airtel website under payments is, to put it mildly, very "wobbly"" and one cant have confidence it that. Even after a payment is made, recpt generated, one gets a message "'OOPS.. your tx could not be done etc etc"" Some joke?? And these people with such an unreliable system want to save Credit card...

All Airtel escalation teams are completely useless. Nobody takes ownership and you get a different person asking for 48 hours everyday!
I have been asking for a better escalation number/contact of higher authority to have my issues...
