10 days ago i call the customer care of airtel to complain about my deduction of balance they said that some services is running on your number like house of models etc i said stop that they said ok but it wouldn't stop and deduct my balance then i message four times that stop but it wouldn't. After then i call again they said they will done it but from last two days they deduct my balanace again and again.is it how they treat their customers...

I have taken a new prepaid SIM and it is not active till 72 hours. The corresponding airtel office keep saying it will be active within so and so hours. Customer service representative has no clue and not able to assist in knowing why the number is not active. Customer care are kept to assist the customers. These people don't have any knowledge to solve an issue/problem /case. They just shook their hands off. Didn't expect...

Sir I have ported my number from idea to airtel because they offered me airtel to airtel 10 Paise and local std 30 Paise for 90 days .after porting they are deducting me 1 Paise per second and they aren't providing what they offered me.I called customer care and they are telling me it's only for new customers.if this is case y you are offered me ..and cheated me..this is a New way of cheating a customer..losing ur credability.....

Not getting network - airtel signals are very low - very difficult to make call/ receive any call. after few hours we get sms saying "you got a missed call from this number "xxxxxxxxxx".

We have been waiting for service on the above for 18 months!
We have had visits from Airtel and outside companies regarding the booster and have been told to 18 months that there will be a solution soon!

The staff have just been telling us false stories: "the boosters are arriving soon" / "They will be here in 3 weeks" / "Please be patient - the network team is arranging boosters"

I had recharged my airtel Prepaid number [protected] with RS 226 which has 1 Gb day data and 1 gb night data in the offer as per myairtel App as well via Airtel Official Site. But after I recharge I got only day 1 Gb data, when I call customer service they say that there are no such offers. Moreover the senior Executive says that call us always before recharging and get your recharge value confirmed.

The services you provide is worst. I had requested for a broadband service and the Airtel agents came home took all my documents and a cheque of 1000rs. Then later they inform that they can't provide services to my area. Now the money is debited from my account and how is it possible for me to take it back. This is the worst experience I had till now. Kindly return my money.
