Hi this side dipesh from delhi actually i am using the number of airtel [protected] and yesterday on 22 july 16 i 've taken a cashback service of airtel by dialled 55555 and i got a confirmation also for the activation but as for the service those data i was used between 12 to 6 am they 've to give 50 percent cashback on the same but i didnot receive any of the data and when i called on the number of cm care they told me the another story...

My airtel broadband[protected] not working from 7 days. i am complaining them daily to resolve this issue but it is not resolving. i never faced that type of issue with airtel broadband in 5+ years but 7 days are too much to resolve a complaint. engineers visited my home to check connection 3 times but my connection still not working. if it will take more days i will change the service provider.

Money deduct from my bank account but recharge failed.

Yesterday I recharge my mobile Rs. 185 3G rent pack through net banking for Airtel website. Money deduct from my Canara Bank account but recharge not done. and money not back to my account.

Then i again recharge from retail shop.

Amount deducted but benefits not received

I opted for 1gb 3g recharge for 2 days validity on 14 june, 2016. But in the sms i received it is written benefits local calls at 30p/min for 28 days. I want the benefits i opted for. The amount rs. 93 got deducted but service not received.

I used paytm to recharge, but the customer care says services are provided by airtel so only they can give you the support in this.

Kindly refund my money, or provide service....
