Airtel Postpaid SIM suddenly became inactive

Hi, my Airtel postpaid SIM (No.[protected]) suddenly became inactive. I have tried changing handset but of no use. I have a group plan and all other phone numbers in the plan are working fine. I also have activated international roaming on these numbers.

I have emailed their customer care 3 times but haven't received any reply. I am currently out of India and hence cannot visit Airtel shop.
Please arrange for resolving...

My Airtel number stopped working in UAE

Hello Airtel,

Re -Writing you regarding my Airtel number [protected] has stopped working at a Sudden in UAE. Message coming while registering on Network “Sim got Corrupt”.

Please sort this issue as I am unable to do any bank transactions as I am not getting OTP. I am unable to do anything related to banking transactions.

This number is already recharged with 1 year Pack validity. I am here...

Broadband/ DSL Billing issue

We got a new gigabit broadband connection on 07/08/2021. But the link has not been activated. Illegal Installation of telecom mast in residential area

Address:L- Block - Ganganagar - near IIMT engineering college - Park view colony - Meerut -UP - 250001

This is related to Illegal installation of telecom mast in Ganganagar- meerut - Uttar Pradesh, House of MR Tewatiya in L- block.
Mr Tewatiaya possess a corner residential property of 2 floors and on the terrace he is illegally getting the installation done for the telecom mast .

Broadband not working since 1 week

Regarding xtreme fibre installation

Dear Airtel
Booked ur fibre connection on 30sep2021 after having assurance that connection is available and the sales guy confirmed himself physically by looking at box installed in my area and said connection will be given the next day but as of today I.e 5oct2021 neither sales guy nor ur technical team contacted me .spoke to ur cc So many times but all in vain .everytime cc says engineer will call within 4 hrs but nothing happened....

Showing invalid number

My airtel sim was working fine this morning but after some time it stopped working and when I call it's saying that the number is invalid. I have been using my number for more than 5 years now an it's connected to my all important accounts.

Wrong Bill and Saying we did not paid full payments

Hi,

We are using total 6 connections and when I started to pay the payment I saw each time your payment was showing different amounts online.
I paid yesterday 3 payments, please find here the snapshots and still your customer care team member saying that we just paid half amount not full. When I did full then where half payment gone?

Airtel broadband speed problem

I bought a AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION on(15-NOV-2021) with100MBPS plan of 3 month. In starting my connection speed is good 100MBPS but after two days my internet soeed reduce AUTOMATICALLY 50% and now they give me 50 mbps SPEED . I COMPLAINED TWICE IN AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY FAILED TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM .
I AS A CUMSUMER VERY DISAPPIONTED WITH AIRTEL BROADBAND SIRVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

AIRTEL not recharged but amount got deducted

I have recharged my mobile number google pay for Rs.598 on 14th Sep 2021and received an SMS with Transaction reference id[protected] bhartiairtel.[protected]@sbi Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.
