Vidyaranpura airtel wifi service providers are cheaters and shameless people

I have been a airtel user for past 10 years... And the network is getting weaker day by day and now when you guys promote your useless 4g saying that it reaches up-to himalayas i feel like disconnecting this connection and swap to other service provider. If i'm sitting at my work place... The signal is literally like poop. Fix it if you value your customers.

I have been using the Airtel 4G connection since the past 8 months, regularly paying the bills.

I have raised a complaint with Airtel on 2nd April, 2016 that the 4G speed which used to be around >20MB suddenly dropped to <1MB.

Even the engineering from Airtel visited my room from where I access the net checked and found that the speed is less than <1MB on my Airtel supplied hotspot instrument as well...

Dear sir, airtel company is cheating it's customers by one thing or other.
I recharged my account (Mobile no. [protected])for rs 70/- 20/03/2016 and again again for rs 128/- for 50 hrs of 2 g internet on 50 hrs. On 24/03/2016.

Whenever i used internet the company is deducting the money from my call balance. On complaining the executives talk very rudely and put the call on hold for 15-20 minutes and deduct undue money....

We are using airtel internet lease line. Circuit id no : 1533291 - ac number 70363159.

Since past one week we don't have internet connectivity. We pay every month in advance as per the invoices received.

The last proper invoice we have received from airtel was dated 15th february 2016. Which is already cleared.

Due to mistake I had done a wrong recharge of of Rs.205/- for STD instead of selecting Rs.204/- Recharge for Local Calls . I know reverting the charges might not be possible. So I would request you to to transfer the charges to another mobile & do the

Sir i had done recharge of Rs 320 on[protected] of my dth id - [protected] . I had done this recharge through my airtel app by internet banking sbi.
The amo of Rs 320 was deduct from my a/c but recharge not done.

They collected signed copies of address proof and id proof with 1000 rs activation/installation charges and also 200 rs for notary certification of address proof as said by the associate .

After a week of followup i was told there is no service to my area and my money will be refunded,...
