When am giving a missed call to any mobile & land line my money is deducting. as well as when am calling to any mobiles or landlines but when the persons not lifting the call at this time also i am loosing money from my balance. Same thing explain to customer care but still my problem was not solved. I have done all the things which customer care explained to me but problem was not solved ....

These people promise so many things but don't do it.. I received message from airtel stating that the balance will be carried forward if i recharge before validity.
