Yesterday (4th day of my bill cycle), I straight away received an email showing 97% of my mobile internet data used up. My mobile internet is OFF from past many days as I use WiFi at my place. It is really shocking and I am unable to understand as to how this is possible. Never thought airtel would cheat it's customers....

Unethical Deductions!

Hi, On June 1oth I had time made 2 recharges. 1 for Rs 200 for full talktime and Rs 201 for 1.25gb 2G recharge for [protected] for Swagata Swamy However I was charged twice Rs 201 for 1.25gb 2G recharge. BALANCE 2000MB NOT CARRY FORWARDED

I have AIRTEL, SIM No. [protected] & using internet. Due date of recharge was 01/06/2015 & about 2000MB were balanced. Airtel postpaid bill sent to wrong email

Not giving proper tariff as promised

Network Problem in JP Nagar 2nd Phase

My Mobile No.-[protected], Name-G. Appi Reddy. Changed from Postpaid to prepaid owing to the problem with respect to VAS charges on 18/05/2015. Cleared all the due as on 18/05/2015 before converting to Prepaid. bill came again. Why did they give prepaid SIM without paying the complete bill. This is ridiculous as i have not made any out going calls after 18/05/2015. But still bill came. Kindly clarify as early as possible....

Wrong calculation in bill.

Issue :- As per my understanding and my billplan the cost of per call is 30paisa but in my bill, amount has been charged as per 50 paisa/- and calculation is also not correct. I have complain more then 3 times but no one has provide me the correct solution. Bharti Airtel provide 2G Connection & charging 3G rates

we talked with customer care but he told that he unable deactivate the package because this is company's policy. But I dont know how the company activate the packages without customer preference whether he willing to avail the package or not. This is very irregular in point of customer view.
