On 2nd feb airtel activated 2 value added services, 2 std plans and 2 3g packs. I neighter used GPRS nor called any no and even didn't use my mobile that night. Fraud Recharge

I recharged my number with Rs 249 and I was supposed to get 1gb 3g data. Instead I got 500 STD minutes. I recharged using paytm.com and the customer service is giving an excuse that because I used paytm.com to recharge instead of airtel.in, that is why they gave me any random amount. I paid Rs 249. It shouldn't matter whether I recharge using airtel.in or other recharge platform. This is nonsense. I am done with airtel....

3G not working on Family MyPlan

Main issues in brief: (Family MyPlan) 1. 3G speeds only in my parent number. Not in any of my 3 child numbers. But, all get 3G signal. But all child numbers only get 2G speed. 2. Refund amount

Hi,

I am requesting to Airtel for my refund amount of 1768.29 since 80 days.

I have 100 times informed to customer care team that I have been in gurgaon since 1 year and all the required documents like addr proof, bank acc, cancelled chq, ifsc code etc etc... submitted so many times.

Every time I am told from them, within 7 days I will receive my refund either by cheque or direct refund to provided...

Deduction of money after enabling unneccsary plans without confirmation

Voice answering same as ring tone service was enabled by giving wrong informationto consumer and amount of 60 RS was deducted from prepaid plan, It is found that from various months the amount arround 100 is deducted without knowledge of the consumer from prepaid amount....

Prepaid recharge failed but amount deducted from account

Unnecessary deduction before confirmation
