I'm used Airtel Broadband [protected]. I give the cancellation Request through airtel customer care. They said you bill amont will be cancelled when you change the sim postpaid in to prepaid and they give the reference number for that. The reference number is 56503084. I went to local airtel service center to change the connection in to prepaid but they wont accept that and each and every month they raised the bill for that unused data card....

Bills being generated even when the service is stopped

I was using a 3G Airtel dongle for approx 2 years. i lost the dongle. Called up customer care and asked them to block the services from the same number. I was confirmed as well regarding services being stopped. But still per month bills are being generated for the same number and i am asked to pay the same. Network issue from years
