I am having problem with receiving Banking messages like balance inquiry

Hello,

I am having problem with receiving Banking messages like balance enquiry, ATM withdrawal or Internet banking messages, OTP messages of any Kind, Even Airtel OTP etc. These kind of important

messages are not receiving on my number. It stooped around February Middle.

Complained on Airtel Customer Care Kerala on around First week of March. They said to deactivate DND as that may the cause....

New post paid connection not started yet

All required documents along with photo and three hundred security deposit was collected by a representative of frontline salesmart pvt ltd, andheri, mumbai code-sad11105 for a new airtel post paid connection (Suggested no-[protected]) on[protected] but the smae has not been started yet.
