I have faced a very bad an unforgettable service so far from airtel.I took the connection on 24april 2013 and it was not working for 1 month. So after continues follow ups and escalations. You refunded 1 month rental. I have made around 2 to 3 calls in an average durin the entire tenure. The connection won't work for 2 to 3 days in a week and again I have to call customer care and repeat the process. Even their technical team are culprits...

What's wrong with these guys at Airtel? When the bigwigs of the company get time, kindly visit your website and go to 'manage services'. The 'last five transactions' just does not open or if it opens shows days old transactions. There is something fundamentally wrong with your site. Sometimes for hours together customers cannot the 'manage services' nonsense does not function....

This is not my first compliant about Airtel. I have been using airtel for the past 6 years. I have recently bought 3 post paid Airtel connections([protected], [protected], [protected]) with CUG Rs.149/- monthly plan service. I have been using these new connections for about 1 month. Then last week 22/10/2013 (tuesday) i went to Airtel office at Chrompet branch to submit my bill amount in order to continue the services....

I recharged online of Rs. 57 (30 paise Local and 40 paise for 56 days), but they discontinued this scheme in 28 days. I called customer care many times but they say wait we are connecting your call to our senior executive but after 5-10 minutes call get disconnected. Its really a harassment. Plz do needful.
