I have applied for Airtel Broadband twice and did not got the connection. charged but even after 20 days services not given

I am an airtel user and am entitled to a handset bundle offer as per which i will receive 100mb 3g per month.. the previous balance of 3g got over on 3rd august and the next balance due to be credited on 4th is not yet credited till 23rd august .. i have contacted the customer care innumerable times around 50 times .. every time they say it will be done in 48 hrs but nothing happens... please help me as it is causing me a lot of harrasement...

Broadband usage - Miscalculations

I have registered a complaint with Airtel with reference number 36831168. Speed was reduced from 2mbps to 256kbps in just 2 days from the start of billing cycle. I got a phone call saying i m calling from airtel mumbai head office, you won a lottery of rupee 15 lakhs. To receive the amount deposite 14thousand to state bank/axis bank.This was from Raj verma & the number was [protected],[protected], [protected].These kind of people cheat the socitey.
