I had asked for a International Plan to call to Sweeden from customer care executive. He told me that there is a recharge plan for Rs 97 in which u will get 30 international minutes. I recharged with Rs 97 but still the balance is call balance is deducted from my account.
I called up several times to customer care. They are not doing anything instead they put my call on hold and then they disconnect the call....

I am a Platinum customer of AIRTEL services. Still after a lot many complaints they have hardly bothered to improve services of 3g. I am using galaxy note 2, the network shows full signal of H+ but the speed is pathetic. Not able to use applications properly. Airtel had changed my sim card as well but still is not working.
