I have lost my mobile no. [protected] today afternoon and request you to lock the Sim card for using the same further...

This complaint is with regards to the collections department of Airtel landline services (DIVYASHREE collections)
one lady Miss.Priya had called me a few days ago with regards to the payment of one of my phones
i told her to send the executive but then i realized i don't have to pay the said amount cause there has been an error and my September month s payment has not been reflected.
so i didn't make a payment...

In the recent past sms msgs. are received by me with some gurbani music, whereas I didn't ask for any such changes and if through an oversight I had asked for the gurbani music, I withdraw the same forthwith and strongly recommend you to restart the simple same old airtel tune when an SMS is received by me.. An immediate action may be taken without delay and an sms is sent to me effecting the change....

i would like to tell you,i recharged with 50 rs. and without any reason ,it becomes now 9.75 p.
....for that i have called on customer care and it got transfered to senior..there was no positive response from the senior(kavita sharma)
....when i ask her to give my call to senior she state away say no....it was no satisfy ans. from your agent as well as they were giving me the wrong
nodel officer no....

For a long time, i get many calls and sms from airtel regarding offers or value added services.

Can this problem be rectified or should I make a MNP to other Network.

Airtel Mobile Company my balance deduct without any intimation Rs.29 and above and many time deduction my balance but I am not check in, this time I am note down.

I am activated Rs.10/- 2G 2 days plan, at 8/1/13 this pact 9/1/13 completed. But I am on 10th Jan 2013 not activate this plan but Company's rule auto activate but Company no activated this plan I am instruction...

i ve had got a slim card frm the COLEGE provide them the documents and they activated the card but then i recharged the phone with 205 and it got added to my acccount , one fine day it got deactived and my 205 got stucked in it .........i tried to sumit the document to santacuz centre BUT it didnt work out ..........i just wanna my money back or active the card..... For past one year i am using Air tel Broad Band, Due to the poor connectivity i requested to cancel the Broadband on July and Local service engineer removed the connection on 5 of August, but Airtel dint stop the billing cycle till September month and asking to pay 2470 rs for August and September month, each and every day they will call and irritate me by asking the reason, some of them using rubbish works.
