Not Activating MNP SIM from vodafone to Airtel in 45 days

getting a fake call

Billing for Unused Data usage and Call

Hi, I activated my Sim card on 04th Dec 2012 with 249RS corporate plan and 98Rs Data plan for 2GB.
I haven't started to use that data storage.
On 5th Dec 12 07:55pm I got the message as below:

Broadband Service not working for weeks

I am using Airtel's Broadband Service for a few years now and i haven't had any issues until now. Recently, the internet connection does not work. disrupted broadband service

I am seriously frustrated by the service provided by them. My connection speed is 4mbps. But rarely get this speed.
