236 Kbps instead of 7.2 Mbps

Airtel 3G Data card (prepaid) speed was initially 5 Mbps shortly after buying it for Rs.999 from Croma. After a few days, speed is down to 236.8 Kbps.
Airtel is not delivering what it has been paid for. Email to Airtel remains unanswered....

Receiving unknown phone calls

Hi,

I am using airtel prepaid connection from 2005. From 2nd March, 2012; I have started receiving unfamiliar calls from different numbers. On 02/03/2012 at 03:51 PM from [protected], on 17/03/12 at 08:49 AM from [protected] and yesterday from [protected] at 10:23 PM. First two folks were saying that they even received a call from my number and ranted them, but truly I didn't. Yesterday's called made me frenzy....

Internet connection refund

Hi
When I applied for the broadband connection on 26th september ,the application
no was TBLR 256893. The airtel agent Vijay Kumar(DS1192019) took the rental
aggrement and a cheque of 999 rs. That 999 rs is deducted from my account but
after three month i told lots of time for refund amount because they did not provide broadband connection still now and I raised
lots of complain..No one took any action....

I have a postpaid connection from Mysore, Karnataka and the number being [protected]. I have been using this connection from past four to five years approximately. I work for ICICI Bank and have an official connection for which the bill is paid by the bank.

Painful Customer Care

I have bought 42" LED TV, 2 month back. I opted for 'Airtel HD Recorder' considering it has good technical features.

I would like make you guys cautious as I am experiencing very poor service from Airtel digital.

It was painful experience, I hope you won't go through same.

HUMMING SOUND IN LANDLINE CONNECTION

balance refund

i have analysed on 13 march, 2012 that my balance is reducing during everyday by 1 rupee. therfore i contacted airtel customercare they told me that i had activated cricket update scheme on 24 december ,2011 for which everyday rupee 1 has been deducted ......while i have not activated that scheme and also not received any cricket message..... so i want my money to be refunded from 24dec to 14march..........

changing to retailer plan

i have buyed this from distributor on december2011. when i buyed sim initially it is not in retailer plan the target for retailer plan told by distributor is 500rs ERECHARGE and 5 SIMACTIVAT. i have completed 7 sim activcation and 3500RS.ON JAN201
then february nonth 4000rs ec 5 sim and 3 mnp sim activatd till now my plan is not changed pls help me...

Incorrect Charges

Sir, this is to apprise that Airtel Customer Care is not responsive despite several calls and they even charge for the same. I have tried calling many times but they have not responded but amount has been deducted. The amount that is being charged for Rs. 1 per local call despite per second billing....
