Airtel Digital TV Recharge fraud.

My mother recharged Digital TV-[protected] with Rs 1050 in Dec, 2011. The account has not been credited till date ( feb 16). It is a Connection in Meerut and Airtel Main office in Sadar Sabji mandi has been extremely non cooperative and rude .It has been visited thrice in past 3 months and every time they lie about the rectification. i have given documents to airtel cug plan agent in amritsar to vikas for making my seven number corporate group.Three no. have started which were ported from idea connection.rest are airtel prepaid numbers now they are not responding to my queries. its two months now they have switched off there no. too

i am Amol Raut. Customer of Airtel. my number is [protected]. since few months i am getting many problems with airtel. the network is poor in our area. GPRS & internet speed is very slow and call rates are not affordable for me.
thats why i applied for Portability request from Airtel on 27 January 2012. after that i got my unique porting ID that is (AZ287845). then i decided to select Vodafone on 2 February 2012....

I was a postpaid customer of airtel from may 2011 to august 2012 .
I stopped using the number. I called the call center to help me close the service.
At the Thane airtel office they told me not to stop it but they offered me to convert it to pre-paid without any charge this was done over the phone at the airtel office they disuaded me to cancel the service.I agreed as I need not pay monthly charge.

15 Airtel is the worst provider now a day with bad reception in Chennai city.

I went to one of the Regular Agencies where i top up my Airtel account.
I have had to call dubai very frequently , that i enquired about Ratecutter package.
The Airtel Leaflet (authorized) showed 1.2 paise/sec for a 14 rs/- package.
I wondered that's a good offer comparing to older packages...

Airtel has charged me Rs 5 for a local SMS when I inquired they said that I have sent an international SMS and gave the last 4 digits of the number I gave them the full number and also old them it is one of the local real estate agents. Now they keep quite and do not answer. I have asked them to credit amount of Rs 10 (for two SMS). Dear Sir,
I am Mukesh Sachdev. I am using Airtel Mobile Services with GPRS. I am having GPRS renewable scheme every month.
So I was surfing net even on last date of scheme. But After 12:00 am. Airtel deducted 105 Inr. from my account without any Warning.
Airtel didn't even warned me that its your last day of GPRS or for renew you should not have use GPRS for an hour.

kindely want to inform you that i had requested for porting ( porting ID is AZ 362989) ON 10th Feb.2012. but airtel customer care client contacted me and requested to cancel portal request and promised me to activate the plan where airtel to airtel call rates will be 10 paisa per min and airtel to others will be 20 paisa per min. On conditions that activate my plan first and refund my Rs. 50 first which were deducted...
