I am having an Airtel DTH.Lat tuseday 22 nd I called up the customer care complaining that my set top box is not working .I am getting an error code of "SM2".The customer care people reset the settop box from their end but it didn't work.They tried 3 times but failed.So I was told that an engineer is going to visit my house and set the alignment of antena for DTH and the issue will be addressed within 5 days.br...

I'm using air-tel Sim from last 6 months and since then again and again i;m facing problem from your side, some or the other day. and from yesterday there are no signals showing on my cell and its showing that my Sim card registration failed .although 4 to 5 times i have been verifying my registration and i.d.....There is one more complain but i would like to solve my this problem 1st.

I have been using Airtel prepaid mobile service for the past 2 months.
I have top'd-up several times with the provider, only to find that the offer is a total scam and rip-off.
I get a text message saying I would get full talk time and the base plan would not change.
I have a Rate-cutter to keep the costs down where the Texts are free and the calls are supposed to be charged less.

I had received a phone call from PACE Cellulars in Mira Road East regarding sale of Post Paid Airtel Sim Card. To which I agreed as I was looking for additional sim card for Blackberry usage. Mr.Rakesh Chake had come to my house and collected Rs.300/- which they said is adjustable amount in the billing cycle, my documents such as Passport Copies, Pan Card, Voter ID Card xerox copy was submitted along with application form with photo attached...

This Complaint is against Airtel DTH. After a lot of research, I decided to go for Airtel DTH. Even though I read and heard a lot of bad things about Airtel DTH 's service I decided to take the risk because of Movies Now HD channel which was not available in Tatasky.

today i made one call to Kuwait. But line was not connect to that number. Even he was not activated any voice call options also. But airtel networks has been reduced my mobile balance.i complaint to customer care executive. But they was not given proper information and not replied properly. I purchased a prepaid connection from Airtel office in Nandidurg road on 19th Dec2011. While buying I was told this prepaid connection will all over India. Later I travelled to Hyderabad & was shocked to findout there was no connectivity. I activated airtel's 3G service and make recharge of Rs.1250 on 15th december 2011 and its validity is till 14th january 2012.But from 23rd december 2011 ,i am not getting 3G speed.I am getting 2G speed on my handset.i have made complaint in this regard on 23rd december. but they have not taken action and i am still getting only 2G speed.between 26th to 29th airtel's internet was totally unavailable.service resumed on 29th but...

i registered for MNP ([protected]) i tried to change my operator from airtel to aircel bt then got a call from airtel regarding MNP benefits in which they committed to give 120airtel to airtel mins and calls at 1p/6sec but i still not got any i also registered lots of complaint CBNRA[protected] .

i also called nodal officer twice but still no response . no msg nor call regarding the matter .

Before 18/12/2011 my airtel mobile ([protected]) call charge was Rs. 0.5/- per call (Local & STD).

But after 18/12/2011 call charge increased as 0.6/- (mobile) & 0.9/- (landline). I called to your customer care (Ref no. – CBDCC[protected]; CWRCH[protected]; CWRCH[protected]) but they are unable to inform me any acceptable reason....

I have been charged with Rs. 30/- for 30 days for "Gyan Sagar " service. This is unfair. I have neither subscribed nor am I desirous for such services. I tried to unsubscribe Airtel Gyan Sagar services I got a reply saying “we are unable to proceed your request ". kindly disactive this subscription from my mobile ( [protected]) and do not subscribe any other subscription for future.

jb se service center se engineer aaya tha(2 saal pehle) tabhi se kya kar ke gya hai ke hamesh kuch na kuch samasya hamesha rehta hi hai. jab bhi koi aata hai 100/- charge dena padta hai aur same problem ke liye 24 ghante ke andar hi dobara bulane se koi service dene to kya call krke puchta bhi nhi hai.
