Defective Set Top Box

We purchased a Airtel DTH Connection from Khoshla Electronics, Kolkata on 14.08.2010. The Airtel Customer ID [protected].
But for the last two months the Set Top Box is not working properly, the Box is automatically turning off and restarted within few minutes. Initially this problem occurred after a long gap but now after every 10 minutes the Set Top Box is turning off.
We complained with the Airtel Customer Care many times...

pathetic service call centre

deducting regular money unnecessary

earlier ther deducted money for govt jobs service and when i compaint they said me that they will refund my money but they not refunded even a single rupee.

no signal during rains
