poor response for broadband connection

I have been recieving calls from a mob no.[protected] and asking for some Anubha or Arti saying that he got my no. from Airtel Tadkalive Website. Airtel charging even after cancelling the connection

Hi Sir,

I had an AIRTEL post paid connection with the number +91-[protected]. I had lost the SIM card in early 2009. Some time later i got a call from airtel that i have unpaid bills for that number. NOT DEACTIVATING MY BLACKBERRY CONNECT 299 PLAN from NOKIA e90

i was using prepaid blackberry connect plan for 299 on my nokia e90. since i got blackberry device itself i approached airtel to deactivate my 299rs plan from my e90 for the last 2 months..till now they have NOT DONE and they are deductiong 299 plus taxes.

Blocking toll free numbers

Dear Sir,

I have an Airtel connection for last almost two years - this month they have blocked all the Toll Free numbers for residential clients. This is said to be done for some security reason. The only security reason I can think of financial security of Airtel - they are forcing me to dial a international number which results in huge revenues for them.

Dear sir!

I have airtel pre-paid connection no.[protected], I am facing a problem of 121 service since 6 months. My 121 service goes stop again and again without any reason, It makes me unable to contact the customer care. Change in Bill Plan is never reflected.

I have an airtel post-paid connection for last 3 years. Mine is CUG 399 plan. I have tried changing my bill plan several times, but it never reflects in the system. I am getting very huge bills. NO OUTGOING CALLS

Dear Sir,
I am having mobile no [protected] which I had taken about 10 months back as PrePaid Mobile No.

On Govt barring Pre Paid mobiles in J & K I got this number converted into POST PAID after submitting all requisite documents.

The phone worked as 1 Paisa /Sec for 2-3 days and then suddenly all outgoing calls have got barred.

Following Complaints with AIRTEL have not been responded...

worst customer services

I wanted to bring in notice of the company that the kind of service provided by the Airtel employees is really pathetic.
Just writing customer focus in Vision & mission statement, will not serve pupose. Ground reality is worst.

Fake bills without any use

My self rahul nema ( P. No. [protected]) has applied for conversion of post paid to prepaid connection on 03/10/2009 & paid the dues Rs 130 on 05/10/2009 to M/S shree ganga communications , haridwar.

Fusion lounge unsubscription

Fusion lounge and Bizzarre Pack are subscribed without the customer's permission. Unnecessary deduction from balance is being done. I request to take serious and immediate action against these mishandling of subscriptions offered by Airtel. Please unsubscribe these packs otherwise I will be compelled to discard the airtel service and use another network provider.
