Nokia 6303([protected])

I too bought a new 6303 and sent a sms for free data usage of 3 months.

I did sms " MY DATA" to 543210
and i got the reply that the service will be activated within 24 hrs and it has nw become more than 48 hrs the service is till now not activated,...

Unwanted SMS

Dear Sir,
I am using the airtel prepaid with no. [protected] (Chennai). The trouble is that i am recieving unwanted advertisement SMS which to my surprise are also getting charged. Without utilising the services of the network effectively my prepaid top up gets emptied out.
It is very annoying that sometimes the no. of such SMS is more than 50 per day.
Kindly let me know how to stop this ad SMS.

No after sales service

Hi,

I had bought a Airtel Data card worth Rs 4200 (including sim charge) on 1.11.08 for a airtel showroom located at NandiDurg road, Bangalore. (It was delivered at home). The datacard stopped functioning after 15 days. I have logged so many complaints in the customer care but there is no response till today. It's a year now and i want to take action on it. My moblie balance is always deducted when i get a msg from 54321..some cricket related msgs i get & my balance get deducted..Plz deactivate whatever that service.I didn't activate. & recover my balance......

my airtel number is[protected]. i mailed to airtel customer care for so many times, that i am not able to make outgoing calls since i migrated from postpaid to prepaid number. but they did not take any steps to solve the problem. i do have all the mails that i have sent to them. please show me the way through which i can sue them, relly i am mailing to them like a mad and they are not replying to me.

Poor service in whole world

Im complained about ur poor network coverage to local airtel office as well as in the customer care center from the last two years. Replacement of set top box

I have lodged the complaint on 29.04.2009 regarding non working of set top box but by giving some temporary solution they avoided the replacement. Airtel Fake billing for unused service

I have an airtel postpaid connection and two months back while i was sleeping i got nearly 30 messages saying thanks for downloading ........you have been charged..... like this. I have never used airtel live site in this connection and even i have unlimited gprs plan under my connection still they charged me 1200 rs for the service that i have never used those services, after that i asked them to disconnect my connection the very next...

Wrong Information Given by Airtel Customer Care (Tamilnadu). I have rechared my mobile number ([protected]) with ec 64 rs (1 second pulse rate). But i have not satisfied with this scheme. So i called to customer care and asked to cancel this 64rs (1 second pulse rate). One lady told me to recharge 119rs to change my plan as 10 paise to airtel and other mobile for 50 paise std 1 rupee. I recharged my mobile but it goes 30 paise for airtel....

Delay in customer service

Hi,
Today i have called to customer care people four time to get user name and password for paying the amount through online payment.i have called more than 3 times regarding the same issue.Still my issue was not resolved.
