not sending gprs setting

my handset is BLUE-760X. i have recharge my mobile with one month free surfing plan but i am not receiving mobile office setting. with saying that it is not gprs enabled. so pls send me gprs setting as soon as possible....

Not Changing my post paid plan

Hi,

I am working with Oracle Financial Services, Pune.
I am using post paid Coorporate User Group(CUG) Airtel connection.

With in my company Airtel is running two plans. I want my plan changed to my current plan to other cheaper plan which suit my usage. But inspite to writing emails many time and visiting Airtel Relationship store, they are not changing my bill plan due to which i am forced to may extra...

SIM CARD SERVICE ARE BLOCKED THOUGH THERE IS VALIDITY

Airtel manipulating bills to force user to change plans

From past 1+ year I am using airtel broadband connection and in my surprise suddenly from past 3 months monthly bills has jumped to 2 to 3 times whereas my internet usage is constant. no query or feedback comes..

As i am the customer of Airtel .. and i am using gprs service .. on 14feb 2009 i was not able to use my service even paying charges .. and on 24 feb 2009 too i paid for one month gprs charges i paid full money .. but no response came .. each time when i call to customer care they just make FOOL to me asking for another 24 hour .. i have called them nearly 50 + times .. but no action has been taken ... i want some very strict action should...

GPRS not activated after a recharge of rs. 502

i am using airtel services from last one year...the last saturday i do my cell recharge with 502 easy with Trans id[protected] valid for one month for GPRS service..before this i am using on daily basis rs. 25 per day recharge.when i got the recharge of 502 ..due to wrong information provided by customer care my Monthly GPRS service will get de-activated....

no outgoing calls

Dear sir/mam,

this is Mrs Ayan Biswas(rupasree biswas).my husband is suddenly unable to make any ougoing calls, from today morning.the number is not even allowing him to make a call at your toll free number, so i was constantly trying from my number but alas! in vain, cox since morning i have been unable to connect ur toll free number as it constantly went on saying, 'number busy, try again later'.

My mobile number is [protected], on blackberry prosumer plan. The handset is 7130. While calling up "24" Hour customer care at 7:30 in the morning in hyderabad, there was no response! - DONT ADVERTISE FOR SERVICES YOU CANT PROVIDE.
I spite of a monthly bill of two thousand rupees, Airtel has no shame enough to ensure to get the problems of my device sorted out. Device keeps on saying " data connection refused"......

Number Not activated after submission documents

my name is amarjeet singh il purchse airtel sim from last 20 days 1st time it is activated when i purchased then i got the massage with in week submiited your documents or with in 48 hours number will stop .

STD balance got deducted

I had recharged rs. 28 twice on 6th June, 2009 on my airtel mobile.
So there was an offer saying that if reach rs. 28 we will get rs. 38 STD talk time. I should get 76 minutes since I have got it done 1 rupee STD.
I hardly talked for less than 20 mins. When I was trying to call, it's saying that my account balance is too low to make calls. Pls. do the needful.

I've a mobile sim card for more than 2 years. It was working fine till april 2008. After that problems started..
..first of all my plan got changed. I complaint about that lots of time but didnt get ractified. Then i got understood...that is not gonna correct...so i left that and moved on...
