AIrtel is running a racket with other service providers. I was charged abnormal amount of Rs 21000/- for 5 days spent in South Africa. Besides, the the outgoing service was stopped without sending me a bill I had to pay the amount to airtel to get the service.
The customer service is a very very unhelpful and not at all consumer friendly. I have moved to BSNL now.
