disappointing performance

Dear all,

I purchased an airtel usb modem from Univercell chennai and could not install properly. When contacted the customer care, they came up with the answer, that it wont work with Vista Ultimate. But in Airtel website, they have specified operating system as Vista only and not distinguished between home and Ultimate.

However, I installed and connected in Vista ultimate, and the speed is from 0.1 Kbp/s -...

temporary cut of my connection without any information

Dear Sir,

I am using airtel connection since long time 2-3 years, now i submitted my application Airtel outlet, garh road, meerut for changing the plan on 9th March 2009, On 22nd Evening i tried to phone but recd message -nos are not correct 1 no tried, other no tried failed, i querried and came to know that my connection is temporary withdrawn without any information, i am unable to understand why? A BHARTI AIRTEL REPRESENTATIVE APPROACHED ME ON 1-FEB FOR DEMONSTRATING BROADBAND SERVICES AT MY LALBAUG ADDRESS. PRE PAID TO POST CONVERSION

Airtel company is charging Rs. 20 anytime of internet usage which i am not using at all. Despite of my all complaints and their assurance of refund of the amount incorrectly charged by them, inspite of refunding they are still charging Rs. 20 any day for internet usage. Bill Plan change without my knowledge

Hi,

My bill plan is changes without my knowledge, and no information was given to me about the plan. Due to this change in bill plan my bill increased to almost 4 times.

I raised a complaint with airtel in which I mentioned I will not be paying my bill until my bill is recalculated.
I was regularly following up with them. The issue is not solved yet.

I today they have in activated my sim....

I am customer of AIRTEL prepaid mobile service..

I want to drag your attention on the issue of charges of the MOBILE OFFICE (GPRS) service provided by AIRTEL.

This service is provided on the daily rental basis.

When it was started AIRTEL charges Rs.5/- Per day; And increasing simultaneously Now they have reached to the highest of Rs.25/-per day in past one and half year..
