No Validity given on recharging with 148.

I am a airtel retailer. [protected] had been activeted on 12.04.2008 & rechareged with 148 on 14.4.2008 but the validity is yet 0. I have complained many times to easy helpline but the result is nothing.Plz solve my problem as soon as possible....

1. An unidentified person whose cell No [protected] is harrashing my family from last three days. He is calling again & again and using pornographic language.
2. You are requested to identify the address of the person using cell No [protected] and intimate so that suitable disciplinary action can be take against the defaulter.

Dear All Concerned,

Please note that I have an Airtel cell no.[protected] even after paying my bill's air tel just disconnect the complete of my no's many times when i am on roaming this time also I am in Mumbai and even after giving the payment to Airtel collection boy in delhi he has taken 25000/- cash. but Air tel disconnect my cell .

Please if any one can help me in this regard as Airtel customer...

I has have purchased airtel prepaid sim 5 days ago also submitted the related documents on the same day but the service is not yet activated.I needed this very urgently but am very disappointed by such delayed behavior from airtel.Please take related actions as soon as possible...

This is to inform you that I was treated so rudely by customer care team that I had to literally abuse teh lady agent. Basically I wanted to activate GPRS on my mobile and I called up Care team for that but three agent told me that they wud have to keep the call on hold to seek inforamtion and they simply disconencted the call, I got very frustrated and I called teh dept. once again, this time a picked up the call...

Network Problem, No Responce From CC Backend

Iam Using an Airtel Preapid connection From Last 1 And Halfyear, And My Mobile No is [protected] iam Facing A Newtwork Problem In My Area Since last 6 Months Due To Which i Have Reasied A Lots Of Complaint But Still There Is No Responce From There END When I call To Customer care People For My SR Status Even Floor Inchearge And TL's Are Disconnecting My Call,

Standing Instructions/ESC Problems

I have three accounts with Airtel - Corporate Blackberry (Scope International); Personal Mobile and an Internet Broadband connection at home. I had set up an ECS/SI on my Standard Chartered Visa card that worked well for a few months. Subsequently, my Credit Card was re-issued to me with a new number and I submitted refreshed ECS/SI instructions to Airtel.
