Airtel Prepaid Connection

I got one airtel prepaid sim card on 28th march 2008.I submitted my electricity bill and Pan card as verification document. But still my outgoing call as well as incoming calls are barred. Twice I have submitted the documents in the office but still the response is documents not recieved.

Customer care is highly incapable and of no use and not at all proffesional and co-operative especially the ones at gomtinagar Airtel office.I...

Falty billing

To begin with we all know how pathetic airtel customer care is. I think first of all they should remove the word 'care', it does not suit them. They are so pathetic that if there were awards for the worst customer service, they would win hands down, not only win, but also get a life time acheivment award for outstanding customer harrassment processes.

I was asked to pay Rs 1700 in my Feb 2008 bill...

unwanted deduction

a message has come to me that "99 Rs has been deducted from your account for vas pak99", for which i hadn't subscribed, i was totally satisfied customer of airtel, but now i won't continue this conection, i have talked different customer executive of airtel, still i haven't got any answer...

Hi All,

Concern echoed, the plan was taken in place of MTNL as better qos was promised. This does not qualify as good qos provided.
It took a huge amount of effort from our part even to get the intercom service initiated and now this.

Should we expect a similarly callous approach from Airtel in future dealings?
Used to be a very good impression from Airtel services. This one comes as a shocker...

Not submitting med login id & password of my airtel postpaid account.

Airtel postpaid connection advertisements clearly claims that GPRS or DATA SERVICE is available if we have a postpaid connection in the north east india telecom circle. Forceful Debit for VAS.

My Post paid Mobile connection was converted to prepaid on 22.02.2008-thereby discontinuing any VAS services.The recharge Voucher for 495 Life time was purchased by me by kepping the same No [protected].

INVALID DEDUCTION

I am a airtel prepaid user. My mobile number is [protected]. An unauthorised deduction was made from my airtel balance of Rs.99.They activated a VASPACK99 without my permission.It was also activated in previous month which was discontinued on my complaint .But in this month they renewed it again.I have complaint against it many times but my balance is not refunded.I request you to help me as i can not afford it.
