Team, an amount of rs. 2048 has been debited from my bank account while trying to recharge through airtel.in. However the last screen was an error page and no recharge was done. Very painful. Please help....

I had tried loading 1652/- to my airtel money wallet on monday (3rd august 2020). I can see the amount debited from my bank (Upi) but i dont see the amount reflecting in my wallet.

I wrote to grievance cell and there is no proper response on the refund.!!!...

We are facing lot of problem with voice and data issue from last 1 year. The concern department signal team or executives saying for new site installation in our area fr last year. 4th aug tues morning : within a couple of hours they sent their executive for user verification and take the payment (More than 5000 was paid by me). I requested them to give the connection the same day as i had my job interviews lined up in next 2 days. I even got a message from airtel that within 24 hrs they will set it up.

Hi,

I have been using my airtel mobile number (99* * *) for last 7 years and i moved to malaysia for work and using my airtel number for last 2+ years.

From today[protected] my sim stopped working and getting a message as no service/ no voice service message. I tried to reset the mobile phone and changed to different mobile but still no use.

The sim seems to be working and good as i can check...

I am have made the recharge of rs 379 to my phone no. [protected] on 08.08.2020 by sbi bank debit card. Rs 379 is debit from by sbi bank acccount but the amount in not recharge to my no.[protected].
Request you to please kindly recharge my no or refund the amount at the earliest....
