On 9 May 2020 I recharge my Airtel number [protected] through airtel thanks app but recharge failed and money deducted from my Union bank debit card/bank account. Recharge amount Rs 249 ( Unlimited Pack).

no support at airtel centre

Today i faced with my another sim and went to nearby airtel centre at ximb square bhubaneswar, odisha. I reached 4 min before 5pm and the attendant did not allow to enter the centre saying it is closed at 5, whereas it was not 5pm. They are very punctual to close the centre irrespective of solving urgent issue of customers, but never open shop in time. This is the way airtel provide support?? Only sending message what support you people provide??...

I have recharged my airtel mobile number via paytm transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my PAYTM account.

I recharged my brothers airtel number of rs 149 on 30th of april and the said amount was deducted from my paytm wallet but the amount didnt reflected in my account so i suddenly raised a complaint against this transaction from my paytm app amd they replied me with a text that the said order was sucessfull from our side it must be airtel's fault so i tried reaching airtel from that day i have sent atleast 3 to 4 emails to airtel but they are...

I have many times informed to customer care and appellate authority and continuously follow up with them but till time i haven't get the solution and also they are not reimburse the losing amount due to not use of network....

excess charges and no service even after calling many times

Service was not activated on my number last month from around 5th april to 5th may by airtel, data and voice both. So why i'll pay bill for this period
Hope you understood my problem. Is there is any contact point or person from airtel regarding customer service? I'm frustrating with airtel service and will never recommend anyone in my life.
There is no response till weeks and after week like you revert back without understanding...

Airtel has increasing plan charges by its own. No use of Airtel as it's internet does not working. Hence I use another jio no. Therefore no use of this airtel postpaid no. I am paying bills only without its use....

This is the second time that i requested airtel connection and the executive calls regressively only while giving connection no details are shared once you pay the installation.

Airtel executive details: mr. Sakti /+[protected]

I tried reaching out to the executive multiple times but he doesn't even pick the call or respond back. This is really disturbing and didn't expect such a worse service from àirtel....

network unavailable issue

My number [protected] has stoped working suddenly error ‘network not allowed’ without any notification. several email has been sent to customer service, but no response has been made. It is more then two weeks, no action has been taken....

dth service and their airtel thanks app

When i visit their app, it only opens for recharges and add chanels, you cannot manage your account by removing or replacing ypour channels with other channel. Is it not our right to remove channels too if we don't want to watch them, they make apps for their benefits only and does not take care of customers interest, their aim is to only make money by making apps, does not employ any, not answerable to any, either customer or government,...

failed recharge, balance deducted

I have made the payment for transaction of Rs 448 for the Airtel number [protected]. It failed twice or even more, but my bank account deducted twice. Please look into the matter....

I had done a recharge of rupees 598 on wrong airtel number through paytm and whrn i tried to call customer care of airtel they said they cant do anything as you have recharge from 3rd party app (Paytm) and you should have used our own app for recharge (Airtel thanks app)
I need reversal of this amount or i need this recharge amount to be transferred to my correct number.

wrong recharge done but customer care refuses to reverse the amount

applying data charges although having an internet plan

I ratul kumar biswal a customer of airtel, operator orissa have paid two plans for my airtel number of ₹49 for balance and validity for 28 days and ₹48 for internet usage of 3gb as per current pack validity on[protected]. After two days o[censored]sage of about 200mb i saw that airtel is deducting balance for the data consumption.
Therefore i request you to kindly resolve this issue refund the deducted balance from my account.

I am complaining about recharge of my aim

I ported in to airtel having no. [protected] and the sim is activated too but the retailer forcing me to do frc of ₹ 197 and above which i could not afford bcz in the lockdown situation i am unable to income money and the retailer at the time porting did not disclosed about the frc which is higher than expected. I am using the sim in 2g handset and a recharge of ₹100 n more is not affordable for me. So please help me what can i do?...
