Airtel network se pareshan ho gaya hu...

We are from visakhapatnam mvp colony and we had reached to one agent his name balu he came to our house and told the plans and we paid 2800+ but still now there is no net connection and no money return back it has been more than 2 weeks I only got these 2 messges from airtel so please look into the issue as ur priority and work it on.....

Sir i have done a recharge of rs 448 through my airtel app via debit card payment mode but the pack is not valid so the recharge was not successful but the money was deducted from my account. And i have wrote many mails to the airtel customer service and try to contact with them but there is no positive response from their side. Sir i want my money back in my bank account. I attach the transaction id and time details of recharge....

Sir Iam recharged airtel Sim through my airtel app.. So amount is deducted from my account.. But recharge is not yet done.. Plzz do refund immediately.....

I recharged Rs.599 on April 9 to mobile number [protected], using my SBI mobile banking app. Amount got debited.
But the topup Failed. Can you please check and let me know .

I recharged a airtel number [protected] for 1438. Money has been paid through google pay upi option. The payment was processed and money was deducted. But there is no recharge happened. Even in my transaction history on airtel app is not reflecting it.

But my balance deduct from bank.

I have recharged through airtel app using phonepe as payment option. The transaction is visible as successful in phonepe but doesnot reflect in Airtel app. Amount got deducted but the recharge was not done.

I have paid the amount of Rs.379 through HDFC Net Banking on 27/3/2020 to recharge the 84 days unlimited package fro the mobile No. [protected] but not charged, latter, after waiting for few days, we charged from the different way by PAYTM.
