I have been following up since last 4 months and airtel team is not responding and issue is not yet resolved, my area pin code is 753014, no one from airtel is taking ownership to resolve this issue, my postpaid mobile is is not reachable always. I have raised 3 complain numbers for the same issue, below is the latest complain number:

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs.598 on 5th february 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference of rs. 598. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

I bought an airtel 4g hotspot device and post paid sim in september 2019. I paid rs. 2000 for this. They promised high speed internet with this. I am facing data issue from a very long time. I am not using the data upto what it shows but i get the message of data consumption way before. I ported from idea to airtel thinking that there would be better network inside the house on that network at least for calling on my 2g phone but it seems there's no network at all at my place and even after complaining there is no resolution provided by customer care, they don't even have an email complaint service and accept complaints via call at 50 paise per 3 minutes, which is a blatant fraud on their behalf and even after complaining...

On 24th january, airtel offered to merge my 3 phones into one family plan.

Suddenly on 27th feb, 2018, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.

All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind...

I recently noted that whereas airtel was charging rs.23 monthly for 28 days validity with no other benefits the same has been increased to rs.45 monthly with no talk time, sms or data. I feel this is unjust for numbers not in much use.
Also many a times the calls fail are if connected the talks are not very clear and one has to disconnect and call again. Sometimes lord of follow up is required for activation of calls or data...

I moved to my new apartment. I have been facing network issue in my apartment. Airtel network here is terrible and irritating.

I wanted to do a recharge of 399 on my below mobile number but accidentally recharged a different number.

I am using 4g hotspot. It is not getting connected with green signal. It shows up wireless network connection and says that the connection is excellent. But the fact is it gives yellow signal and it is getting disconnected.
From what i understand green indicates 4g, yellow is 3g. It is also erratic, off and on every few seconds. Is the problem with the instrument or is it the tower nearby...
