But we have not received the e_bill by our above said...

Under airtel secure got my phone fixed. Before the phone is fixed they told me i have to pay 10% of cost of repair cost, which i have on recording. Now they are asking me to pay 10% of estimate vale, which i was conplete unaware of. And they very conveniently have set my phone value at rs 40000 (Invoice says rs. 28000).
I am willing to pay 10% of repair cost as i was told. But they are keeping my phone against my will and asking me...

In my village there is no proper network available for voice call also. Need to go to somewhere in high place to have a network to make call. We get 2g signal in some place only. That too very rare. Please help us to resolve this issue. Since we have many house there who are facing same issue.

As a airtel customer for over 12 years, i have experienced many issues with airtel and now when i want to move out of the country and request to close my postpaid and move it to pre-paid connection there starts airtels game.

I am asked to visit stores and in the stores the kind of negligence on you is a pure gamble by airtel to make sure customer doesn't go out of postpaid.

I recharged my father's mobile with airtel app today[protected] for 349. The money got debited but the recharge failed. The money is not showing up on the airtel app either and my father keep getting messages to recharge his mobile. Today is the last day for recharge and they haven't refunded the money yet. I need the money to recharge it again......

We have made a complaint at airtel office, coimbatore, tamil nadu for replacement of 15 sims which in problem.
They are not agreeing to replace.
Plz send some one to replace the existing sim.
We are having nearly 90 connections from you for our group companies.
If this problem continues or no co-operation at your end, we will change all our sims to other network.
Plz act swiftly.

I'm not getting incoming calls in my area. This problem started since march 2019. Our area is not a remote area. Its about 3kms from city. Almost all the airtel customers in our area facing same problem. I even missed emergency call from my kids school. People are switching to idea since we are getting good network. Several complaints gone to area manager. He has visited our area and promised to solve the issue but till now nothing has been...

I have visited this store on 17/08/2019 to get replacement of old sim, as my airtel sim stopped working all of sudden. There they were not accepting adhar card by giving some silly reasons. So i have given my dl to check if that would work. However at the end they accepted adhar. And i left/forgot my dl there and left to office. The next day i went asked for the licence, they are not even ready to help in finding. They are not even allowing...

I got an international roaming pack for 30 days @3999 for my us visit and it was auto-renewed without my consent and intimation after 30 days. When i requested for this package before my travel i was not even told that it will be auto-renewed or i will be charged @649 per day after 30 days. When i found out i immediately deactivated it within 1-2 days of auto-renewal but was charged for a full month and after deactivation, airtel kept charging...

All of a sudden without prior notice my postpaid plan has been changed. I have charged exceptionally higher than my previous plan. Please help me.

My unbilled amount is showing more than 430 rupees as I was previously using 99 plan. i have the recording with the executive he also confirmed that, as per new rule they have changed the plan. My question is without any prior notice how they can change my plan?

I've bought a new mobile and my airtel sim is not supporting in my new phone, where as it is working in other devices. And when i visited the nearby airtel office the employee over there was not able to solve the problem but without hearing any problem he was answering in very rude and unprofessional manner.
I'm very disappointed with the service of the person and if in next day my problem is not fully solved i'll switch to either...

I recharged through Airtel thanks app using SBI card on 26th August 2019. The Txn ID[protected] is for my recharge. The recharge is not reflecting in my account on the Airtel thanks app, from where I recharged my mobile number. It is neither showing through mobile codes. Plz resolve this as soon as possible as the balance from my bankhas been deducted....

I am facing problem with my AXIS Bank Credit Card, there was an unauthorized transaction stating that deductions for WWW.AIRTEL.IN PGSI MUMBAI and this is not the first time last month on 09.07.2019 Rs.1767.64 and 08.08.19 Rs.559.32 and i am not receiving any OTP, Message or Email regarding the transactions.

Called Axis Bank & Airtel Customer service but no proper response from both.

My money is stuck in airtel payments bank and i am not able to transfer it to my other bank account from airtel payments bank. It is written that transactions are suspended. I have changed my job and moved to a new city pune, hence i want to stop my broadband services from gurgaon. So i called airtel customer care on last week of july to stop the services, then customer care called me four times for the reason, every time i said please deactivate it and dont generate my bill.

They told me that it will get done in 7 days. Now it is 26th august. It is still not done. I am so pissed...

Even after making payment airtel customer care calling my old parents and harassing them. There executives are useless and just send auto replies without even reading the email properly.
I paid 500 rs whereas my bill was 223. Now after 2 days again they are asking me to pay 415. And calling my parents since i live abroad. I stay abroad and have kept my number in safe custody and whenever i travel to india i activate it for local use....

I had raised a query for no Data Network available at home in Virar Mhada Complex in April 2019.(Issue No:[protected]. After 4 months passed by still there is no resolution and still no data network.

708 GB of data is pending on my number

Still i have no resolution as will need to port out of Airtel....

From last 6 months airtel is charging me rs.5 to my bill every month for an international sms to[protected] which i haven’t sent and i do not know this number nor i have sent any sms to that number! When i spoke to airtel customer care they says sms was sent from my mobile. I tweeted about this and after my tweet airtel customer care contacted me and said i won’t happen again in future and they gave rs 50 wave off in my next bill....

Prepaid airtel recharge done through airtel app with net banking sbi. Amount 398 rupees deducted by account but currency not come to mobile. On august 15/2019. So called to airtel customer care number so from their representatives informed me amount will be refund to respect account with in seven days but till today 26/08/2019 not at all received the amount to my account. So please the do the needful as soon as possible...

Sir/madam Airtel network tower is far from my home and we have to face many problems all videos buffer for more than 10 minutes. Plz install a network Tower near me. Plz I will be very thankful to you. In my area not only me also many other face the same problem. We all always search how to Solve Airtel network problem but no one was of our use.
