I have lost 2 airtel sim one of them no. Is [protected] and otherone no. Is [protected] this. So i kindly requested you to as soon as blocked these two sim of airtel company. When i have lost these sim my mobile also lost today. But i want that for more security of sim. We should complain about this matter for get more security and then we complaint it....

I have recharged on airtel for Rs 1699 annual plan on 29 jan 2019. Plan benefits were given as unlimited calls, 1GB data per day and 100 sms per day for 365 days.

But i got only 12 gb for 365 days. I called and talked in customer care around 7 times and nobody provided me the correct solutions....

Bough a new connection recently, perhaps facing issue with the activation of channels of my own wish which was raised via channel 998 and sent message to customer care.

Interacted with customer care via phone and email, but there is no proper response or help from airtel end.

Consider this an high priority to validate from your end.

While using my SBI debit card to do recharge via my airtel app I suffered three failed transactions on 10/02/2019 where all three times 499 rupees were deducted and recharges were unsuccessful. Ported from bsnl to airtel and it took almost 10 days still it is not working in between they have activated it and they verified my address proof i have given my adhara proof for address and my identity confirmation still sim didn't get activated

When i called customer pathetic response they are giving to go to the shop where you purchased and all # kind of talks i need it to be activated and complaint has to be registered...

I recently migrated from prepaid to post paid on a family plan. Since the day of migration i am unable to use internet even though phone shows 4g signals. Contacted airtel via phone and twitter, was advised to try troubleshooting, including using sim in a different phone which did not resolve the issue. Sim was later replaced assuming it was a sim issue. Right now it still doesn't work, apparently, the issue appears...

I here by done the Airtel Broadband Payment of Rs 707 on Jan 7, for the disconnected connection bearing no [protected].

i wrote several emails & complaints to Airtel customer care for the refund. they replied asking bank details, paid receipt, order id, canceled cheque, letter head request. even after sending all necessary documents which they have asked through Email, yet i din't get refund...

Recently I have ported from Vodafone Maharashtra to Airtel Telangana from then am unable to recharge my mobile it's been 15 days and whenever I speak to customer care they keep on telling me to wait for 15 days and moreover validity of outgoing calls on my mobile has expired and incoming is also going to expire.
Whenever I try to recharge am getting Recharge has been failed due to a technical issue. Tried all FRC but unable to recharge....
