plan not activated after porting

My no is [protected], i've recently ported my no to airtel. I've visited airtel store for this porting and airtel store staff told you must activate some plan for first recharge after port. They said some plans and i selected lowest plan based on their info.

They collected 260rs (1.4gb per day for 28 days) for the plan and they said it will be activated after porting process completed.

complaint being deliberately addressed as network issue.

Hello,

I'm writing this email to let you know that my compliant is being addressed as a network issue.

I never complained about the network coverage. My actual complaint was, my incoming and outgoing services were stopped even though the bill was paid.

Please look in to this issue as soon as possible. I need some assurance that i don't get such emails again.

deducting balance without subscription

My no. [protected] my balance is deducted weekly for subscribing iplayer. They have deducted 49rs for 15 days without my permission. I need my money back. Airtel is doing wrong i need my money back. This has to be stop. They freud me. I need my money back. If airtel company is doing this they have to say about this cheating their should not be such deduction...

activation of prime zone automatically

My balance got deducted unknowingly and later I found out this message "Thanks for using PrimeZone. You have been charged Rs 20.0 from your Airtel Mobile account.For more services, call 56789". So on 09/09/2018 ₹20 got deducted in my main balance without my knowledge. I want Airtel to refund my money as I didn't activate the service....

refund status of failed transactions

Hello, i'm using your network. I have recharged 2 times for amounting to inr.449 each through online on 16th sep’2018. Both the transactions failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. 5 days got over till now and i'm not sure what steps you've taken so far. You cannot expect the customer has to...

latest services on volte implementation

Receiving an SMS as a report for every SMS or call made. That's very irritating and confusing to actually understand whether it is just a call/SMS report or an actual SMS. Please revert this feature back to what it earlier used to be. Please don't send report at an SMS priority level....

Sir i am sending 2010 rupees amount from airtel payment bank to paytm payment bank account on17/09/2018 at 6.03 am. Amount has been debited but it was not credited to beneficiary account. I complain many times to airtel payment bank officer but they don't solve the problem. Transaction id [protected] and upi reference no.[protected]. Please solve the problem and resister the case on airtel payment bank...

incoming call deactivated outgoing sms deactivated

I have port my vodaphone no to airtel no. After taking airtel sim card from nepeansea road gallery following problems i am facing.

I cannot send sms. My outgoing sms is not working.
Then after some time internet completely stop
Now i am not getting incoming call.

This is ridiculous. I am having a very bad experience from airtel. I shouldn't have ported from vodaphone.

data & calling is not working last 5 days

My airtel mobile internet has stopped working on my airtel no. [protected] since 15th sep 2018 & i had registered the complaint on 19th sep itself at airtel customer care no. Customer care has assured me that the problem will be resolved within three days’.

poor 3g/4g service

Speed test by ookle was always less 1mb download.Even the call services are too bad and congested?

I appreciate all of the staffs' support at airtel store shop no.19, located in palm spring plaza, gurgaon. However, i cannot endure the terrible behavior and attitude of mr. Hitesh khanna, store manager. He must learn what the customer satisfaction is from his assistants (=staffs). I'm afraid to take a photo of him, but for not to repeat the same feeling to the other customers, i attach the photo of him. Hope he will re-start from the study...

low signal and not able to talk.

We have been shifted from vodaphone to airtel since in our area airtel was having good signal strength. For the past one week signal went down and we have only one bar strength in our mobile. We are not able to talk or not able to play online games.

I hope nearby tower is down and it was not up due to poor maintenance.

incoming stopped even though the bill payment has been done

I have complaint many times regarding ny 4g speed. But till date it is jot solved. I am jot able to open any page on internet from 6 months and also faving call dropping issues.
After so many complaints no one has attened nor solved my problems. I dint expect this type of service from airtel. I am customer of airtel from 10 years. But dint face this type pf issue and service from your side.
Kindly help otherwise i will think...
